SUSTAINABLE FOOD
Sustainable food is all that food that don't affects enviroment on its prodesure. Most of sustainable food is produced by farmers or organic factories. To a food be "sustainable" can't:
  • Kill any kind of animal to get meat.
  • Use any fertalizer to grow up plants.
  • Process any aliment, cause procces contaminates.
What foods are sustainable???
  • Soy meat
  • Organic Vegetables
  • Natural Cereals
  • Soy milk

Sustainability has not an exact definition, but people an cientifics say sustainability is the concept of helping to keep every biogycal system safe, but the concept amplified and also started meaning an idea of a society that respects nature and enviroment,also sustainability means keeping a good economy by having a peaceful culture.
To reach sustainability we need to...
  • Respect the enviroment and help species surviving by respecting their ecosystems.
  • Be responsable of what happens in our society.
  • Be fair with economy and respect everything in those terms.

ECOTOURISM
Eco tourism is taking care of the enviroment when you are traveling around the world. There are lots of ways to be an ecotourist, some of them are:
  • Be conscient about what you make, do not feed animals from the place or throw garbage on the ecosystem.
  • Minimize impact by wasting less resources and behaving well whit place's comunity.
  • Recognize bealifes of the comunity even if you dont bealife on that.
BE RESPONSABLE WHEN YOU TRAVEL, DO NOT IMPACT THE ENVIROMENT BE AN ECO TOURIST !!!!

FOOD HABITS
We usually have bad food habits, also if we don't think is so. Do you buy processed food? Do you daily eat red meats? If yes you're having some bad food habits; and you are also affecting the enviroment.
What can I do to have better food habits???
  • First you can enjoy of foods you like, but eat them in small quantity.
  • One of most important things is to FORGET about calory counting; this will make you stress and eat even worse.
  • Eat food from all colors, like that you will get all nutrients you need.

Eco food is grown in ecological farms, without using any kind of chemistry or fertalizer. This food help us to keep our bodies healthy and keep our enviroment in the best condition.

  • Buy from local farms or farmer markets almost every time.
